Once design is approved, we will purchase the materials. All materials and transportation are paid by the client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We prefer payment on a project basis vs. an hourly basis. This arrangement is beneficial to both parties.  We require 50% down payment (plus cost of materials) to start and the rest of the payment (including any possible unforeseen cost)  will be required after completion. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Note: Weather conditions will affect outside murals.
